Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Little Fizzy Treats disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Little Fizzy Treats shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or delayed.

Ordering errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘submit’ on the final page of our ordering process.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and cannot be refunded. We regret that we are unable to post outside of the UK and, where applicable, you should make us aware if you wish us to do so. We will contact you independently to arrange for additional charges if you wish us to post or deliver outside of the mainland UK.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Order Cancellations (including Refunds)

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by clicking on the ‘cancel’ link on the order pages (see 'Ordering errors' above). You have the right to cancel your order before we despatch it (orders are normally despatched within one working day), please call us to let us know about the cancellation on 07837 045 631

Should you need to return your order to us, it must reach us within 14 working days from the day after the day on which you received it. Please pack it appropriately and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back. We will refund you within 30 days after receiving a cancellation notice.

If you are cancelling your order because you've changed your mind then please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods.

If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, you must return them to us within 14 working days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we receive the returned products. In case of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale we will pay for the postage costs.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delays

Occasionally, the manufacture of your product may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

Where we have placed links on this website, to other websites we think you may want to visit, we do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Little Fizzy Treats cannot and do not accept any liability in respect of the use and content of these websites.
